Adjustable spaghetti straps. Buttons do open, but can also be pulled on over the head. Blue lace detail & ruffle detail along neckline. 100% rayon woven material. Comes w/ extra button. Hardly worn, like-new condition. Looks almost identical to a top that is currently for sale at American Eagle Outfitters!
