Decorative clock, handmade Italian clock

This clock was brought back from Italy in the late 70s from my grandfather. He had a home in Switzerland and we have many pieces imported from Europe. This is one that I am willing to let go for the right price. Open to offers as I do not know its true value. However, I do know it was handmade in Italy, and has been in the family ever ever since. Roughly 12 inches tall 6 inches wide In pristine condition HOWEVER I HAVE NOT TRIED TO GET IT TO WORK. It sits in my office as a decorative piece.
