Tilso Japan decorative plate. Hand painted silver and gold trim/white background., Still has Tilso sticker number 52/826 on back. Made to hang with 2 holes on back of plate. 3D design with raised rocks, trees, clouds, and buildings. Very nice decorative piece. A touch of crazing in one area of the mountains under the glaze.
