This is a 100% wool pant suite tuxedo by Comme Des Garcons. Size M. Absolutely unique! in great shape. I am 5 foot 10 and 150 lbs. The pants can of course be hemmed as needed. The blazer is fully cut out, I usually wear it with a silk tank top or a see through/mesh t shirt in a contrasting color.
