This sailor inspired dress is from Dear Creatures, a brand that is no longer operating but is still highly sought after. A statement collar and white piping adorns this navy colored piece. The material is smooth, on the thinner side, and provides no stretch. Only one dress is available. I listed multiple size since the tag indicates the dress is a medium, but this could definitely work for someone that typically wears a small.
