Hi! I think it’s woman’s sizing - it’s not really oversized .. some of deadwood jackets can be really big. The shoulder measurement is 18/19 in flat ( it’s got baseball type sleeves/arms), pit to pit is 21 in. flat .. and waist as well.. hope that helps
