De Rococo chic padded tee. Has about 3 marks and stain but I didn’t attempt to remove them since it is new with tags , it looks like it just needs to be washed, I steamed it twice.

@charmingdeal is the arm pit to arm pit measurement really 21”? Is that measured flat? Seems quite large for a size small! Is this oversized or true to size?
