My daughter wore this at my wedding when she was 12. it's a lovely dress but doesn't leave much room for a bustier girl. it's not a girl's size it's actually women's size 2 and we did not alter it in any way. floor length zipper on top of bra like adjustable elastic built in bra that hooks, multiple levels of tightness just like a bra.
