Spaghetti strap surplice maxi dress with adjustable straps - the color is teal (in between blue and green). Altered for my height (5’4”) but still a bit too long on me even with heels. I also had the tailor tack center front so it was a little more modest, but the thread matches color of dress, see close-up photo. I removed the hanger loops, please note.
