David Yurman Smoky Topaz and Diamond Noblesse Ring, SS, Size 6.5

Lovely David Yurman Noblesse Ring with Smoky Topaz and Diamonds. A cushion cut smoky topaz is surrounded by diamonds and set east-west on a classic cable band. This ring is Sterling Silver and is a size 6.5. I believe this ring may have been resized based on the size of the section on the back of the band that does not have the cable design. this piece is in good condition with light scratching on the band. This will be a favorite to wear with anything.
