Classic cable cuff by David Yurman. Twisted silver cable band with gold end caps. Subtle luxe look for everyday wear. Sterling silver, 14k yellow gold, and diamonds. In great condition. I purchased this from Nordstrom, according to my online receipt, it says it’s a size 6. If too big, you can get ring adjuster to put on the back of the ring to make it tighter. I feel that this fits more like a 6 1/2-7. Beautiful ring!
