1987 Cornish Harbour by David Winter The West Country Collection Good condition as pictured with just a tiny bit of missing paint as pictured. Easy fix, I think. Last 2 pix 6.75 inches long, and 5.5 inches wide David Winter was born in Yorkshire, England in 1958. He started creating cottages after meeting John Hine after he left sixth form college. They collaborated for 17 years after which he also had partnerships with Media Arts Group, Enesco and Friends of David Winter (FDW). David Winter officially retired in January 2010, and production of his cottages ended in 2012. Made of a refined gypsum plaster and realistically painted they are a Walt Disney evocation of England from the Tudor to Victorian periods.
