David Meister, silver halter look jeweled gown with peplum

this is a stretch, silver lame fabric with blue undertones. The top looks like a halter however it has a full insect back. The waist has a rhinestone floral jewel like element. Then there is a little pepper in a straight pencil style skirt. There’s plenty of stretch to this. Please note dress has been cut and shortened from original check length otherwise in excellent condition.
