David Meister sequined mini-dress. US4. Worn once, excellent condition. This dress is a dark navy blue color. Can be worn boatneck or off on shoulder. Sleeves are open on the arm as they drape down. I’m a size 10 and could squeeze in to this dress, but it was very short on me as 5’8 in height.
