Beautiful full skirt! Wrap and side zip lace and sequin crop top. While this dress is beautiful there are some issues. On the top, the hook is missing from the hook and eye, but it does zip nicely. On the skirt there are multiple pulls. While I did have to move the folds in the fabric to find them they are there. Hence the lower price. Feel free to make an offer.
