This dress has everything with a jet black sequins bodice with drop waist, layers of white ruffle fabric on shoulders and skirt and a large front embellishment of contrasting white sequins and beads. Dazzling art deco revival design with a mini length and body contouring fit. Pure white satin ruffles are stabilized with plastic boning to never lose its shape. Elastic shoulder straps help keeps shoulder ruffles in place, on or off the shoulders. Black bodice has stretch for comfort and a long back zipper.
