Darling Boutique Polka Dot Ruffle Hem Halter Dress. Fully lined. You can wear this either with the Tank spaghetti straps or with the halter straps around your neck. You can see in pic7 both sets of straps. The dress is white fitted at the bust area and flares outa bit from there down to the bottom hem. There is no stretch to this dress at all.
