@ami_brown inside the bag has a zippered pocket which would fit a cell phone maybe a bit bigger. The outside has the small zippered pocket as shows in the pic and the flap which has a zipper is basically a big pocket about 6-8 inches deep which is completely separate from the main area of the purse.
