Dark dark navy (almost black) dress

Multi colored sparkles all over, size 14, never worn before (tag still attached). The top of the dress all the way around droops, so can be worn off shoulder or however you prefer. GREAT condition. Small slit in the back. Dress is about ankle length on me (I'm 5'8")
