Dark blue top with cut-out shoulders, bell sleeves

Lovely Dark blue top with squared collared lace detail, cut-out shoulders and bell sleeves detailed with tassels. Nice unique design. Light and flowing without being too modest. It's a nice Go to top. Size is small, but a size medium body can fit it; no problem.
