Dark Green Velvet Cocktail Dress Vintage 90's Y2K

Absolutely beautiful! Purchased early 90's. To my knowledge it's only been worn 5-7 times. It does have some discoloration from sunlight, but it's still great to wear! I got a ton of compliments when I wore it recently. Dry cleaned and ready to wear. Well fitted, off the shoulder. About knee length on me 5'2". Please see photos and ask questions. Measures 16.5 inches pit to pit, 13.5 inches flat at waist, full in the hips, shoulders 19.5 inches. Fits sz 4/6, matching shoes available in closet. Last photo is when dress was new.
