Elegant emerald green dress from Jessica Howard in a taffeta fabric. Hits just below the knees and has some tule beneath skirt to add volume. Has ruffle detailing on the bottom to add unique texture. Has small straps but could maybe be worn strapless. Size 4. Back zipper closure. Worn once to a homecoming dance.
