Preowned This is an absolutely gorgeous halter top dress from SLNY. It is a dark navy blue floral, shot through with silver. It is floor length. It has rhinestones around the waist, and it has pockets! It’s a size 20. Halter strap - about 1 1/2” thick Pit to pit- 22” Waist- 22” Top to bottom- 55”, although this is measured flat, and I think it should gather a bit at the waist, so it may be a few inches shorter on
