I wore this dress two times but it's in perfect condition!! It has a small flower print with a really pretty light blue or turquoise detail at the bottom! This dress hits to the knees and has two layers. The top is sheer and the under fabric is dark blue. Has clasps to close or leave open in the middle. Has an elastic waste band so it's very stretchy!
