About 1.25-1.50 inches zipped. Has some stretch. Holds lots of cards. Has an inside smaller zipper pocket in one of the larger zippered halves. Total of 4 divided compartments. There is a narrow pocket behind card slots in each half. Has two exterior bronze/antique gold like zipper closures that separate the purse/wallet into the 2 wallet/purse areas.
