Size 40 is supposed to be a 9/9.5. Do these feel like a 10? I'm finding that 40s made in Vietnam feel more like a 41 or 10/10.5. It's confusing. Thanks.

@mebarnes40 I've worn them for years, too, and 40s normally fit great and I'm a 9 or 9.5. But the 5 pairs of 40s I tried on at a local store all felt too big. They were from Vietnam.
