Danon Vintage Trinket Box Shaped Like A Fruit

Vintage trinket box shaped like some type of fruit. I haven't been able to figure out what type of fruit. The top and bottom separate to reveal the internal. It looks like there might be some type of spring missing that held the two halves together. If the spring was present, the leaves of the fruit could be pushed together to open the box. Without it, the top is removed from the bottom. The stem of the fruit has a decoration around it that looks like some sort of rope. Right in the middle on the top there's a red stone. On the bottom is three tiny legs to prevent it from wobbling while on the shelf. The box is about 3 1/2 inch length by 2 inch width by 1 1/2 inch tall.
