The silhouette took inspiration from hunting and military wear, incorporating details and fabrics from those roots. The boot itself is a traditional Danner hunting boot, built with the brand's full-grain leather. It also uses Filson's durable waxed Tin Cloth on the side panels. It's lined with Gore-Tex and has a stabilizing Vibram outsole. The Pacific Northwest is home to both Danner and Filson, and this collaboration between the two reflects the mountainous, tough feel of the outdoors. These have only been worn a handful of times and shamefully, only around the city.
