anderson72 @lroque Oh I completely agree. Looks like a crooked employee at the post office to me. Sad. I am disappointed as well. I got a different pandora bracelet for Christmas but I can't fasten it by myself so I was hoping I'd be able to put my charms on this one and wear them more often. :( I believe in karma for sure, what goes around comes around. I did hear from posh this evening and they had me fill out and submit a support form. I'll let you know ASAP what I find out. Stay beautiful my friend.
