*Damaged* NWT Old Navy Balloon Leg jeans size 6

I got these jeans on another site from a seller who did not show the damage in the zipper area. It needs to be replaced. See 5th pic for zipper damage. These do run small for a size 6 in the waist. They are great quality & I wish I could find the same pair in a size 8! See pics for measurements & damaged part. The distressing on legs are part of the design, not done by me.
