sunnyskies2021 @ssnyder007 it’s 100% new wool (that’s how it is described) It measures from pit to pit about 23” and from the shoulder to the bottom it is 28” It’s a Large and I think it could be either worn oversized or it would fit a man’s Large or woman’s Xl
