Daisy print summer dress

This dress has been loved and adored for a long time. I’m pretty sure it is vintage, but I’m not an expert on how to tell. Brand is IZ California. Ties in the back to look a bit more form fitting. Size isn’t on the tag anymore, but best fits a small. Has a bit of armpit stains from wear, and there are a few light stains of blue on the slip underneath the mesh. I’m sure it could be removed, just haven’t tried since it’s not that noticeable.
