karsand I own this dress, same size, in a different color. It fits me perfectly. When I measure the chest, laid flat, underarm to underarm, it's 19 inches. If you have a moment, could you please remeasuse this one for me? Thanks very much!

melaniebian @karsand I pulled it super flat, hopefully you can tell that it looks slightly different from the prior photo where I apparently didn’t pull it super flat! I was never totally sure how much I should pull it, especially since this dress is so fluid.
