I do not know what size the bladder is, but this was used 2-3 times for snowboarding. Very comfortable under your jacket for easy access to water or other fine beverages. It is small. Mostly just for the bladder however you can put pther gear in the pack, just know it will be next to the bladder so nothing sharp.
