safetypr @desi6789 Thank you for reaching out. The widest part of the thigh is 13.5” wide laying flat. The hip is 22” graduating up to 23”. The fabric has side to side stretch and quickly returns to shape. It drapes/flows but stretches with movement. If my waist had not expanded with weight gain, I would be keeping these. They were worn with the sparkly DSW top to a couple of parties. I loved this as a set so hope you will check out the top.!!Gorgeous fabric.
