Hummel Goebel W Germany #11/0 TM3 1960-1972 ‘Merry Wanderer’. Reduced price reflects for three things I noted: 1) Umbrella handle by figurines hand has been repaired at some point before I purchased, 2) some crazing, and 3) there is a nick/chip on figurines left leg at approximately boys thumb level.
