I switched out the white laces they came with for black, as i thought they looked more classy that way. i am/was OBSESSED with these, so much that i bought the last pair in stock even tho they were a half size too small. i've finally accepted that they'll never quite fit. reluctant to give up, hence the high price. LOVE LOVE LOVE. alicia keys has worn these, among other celebs. no original box but authenticity guaranteed. size EU 40. fits a 9, 9.5, (or 10 if willing to endure slight discomfort.) the corset laces help a lot if you're half a size up or down.
