dollymae420 @buffalomae2 Hi there, sure thing! The waist is 15 inches. Inseam is 10 inches. Length is 14 inches, as shown in the picture with the rolled up edges. With the leg rolled out, it's approximately 15+ inches. The jeans are made of stretchy fabric. Please let know if you have any other questions, these are super cute on!!

jhar2930 The bottom frayed edge of each leg is not quite visible in the picture. So is the frayed edge still there all around both legs? Or has some of the frayed edge been cut off or removed? It may just be folded in. That was why I was asking for an unrolled picture earlier.
