DRESS - NWT Badgley Mischka purple 100% silk dress with ruffled neckline. Size 2

NEW WITH TAGS - Women's Badgley Mischka belted dress. This deep purple sleeveless dress features ruffles on the scoop neckline and over the shoulders. This midi length dress hits mid calf depending on your height. Has full back zipper closure. Size 2. Unfortunately one belt loop has broken off on one side. This dress is new so it's possible it broke after being tried on in the store. It can still be worn as normal and should not affect the fit. See last two pictures. No other flaws are noted.
