DRESS

This dress is so pretty in person. The top is black in a shinier material & you can tie it as tight as you want to slim your waist. It’s a silky material & even has a slip underneath so it is not see through. It zips on the top of the back. I never got to wear it before outgrowing it. My loss is your gain.
