It has a cross strapped back and is a perfect example of Christina Kim's layered approach to dresses. This is a size 2 and fits more on the Small side than Medium. I purchased this one from @goodluckshop and received one as a gift soon after so am re-poshing it. I hope it finds a lovely home.
