Because the products are packaged in glass containers, I carefully inspect each set before shipping to ensure no bottles or jars were damaged in transit. The individual skincare products remain NEW, UNUSED and unopened, with their inner protective toppers/seals intact. These products use a PAO (Period After Opening) marking rather than relying solely on the outer box being shrink-wrapped. This set is marked 24M, meaning the manufacturer’s indicated period after opening is 24 months. The PAO period begins when the individual cosmetic product is opened for use—not simply when the outer shrink-wrap surrounding the gift/set box is removed. Removing the outer box wrap allows me to inspect for breakage and does not mean the individual skincare products have been used or opened. Any inner protective toppers/seals remain intact until the buyer opens the individual product. I also add extra protective packaging when shipping to help prevent breakage in transit. Your set will be inspected before shipment so you don’t receive a damaged or broken product.
