newdiva57 @threadofhope I'm just learning. if you take a photo of the bag on all sides then upload to chagpt it will walk u through how to do it. it has been amazing. I would recommend a leather cleaner and cleanser. I use backfire leather conditioner and Cadillac cleanser on all of my bags when I get them. good luck
