This vintage dress has some lovely details like a pleated skirt, and ornate metal buttons. The polka dots are white with a little bit of green edge, which stands out nicely from the cobalt blue. It reminds me a bit of pop art. Great condition. It’s a vintage size 12 so I would put it somewhere around a modern 6 or 8 probably.
