What is the lowest you will take? The $7 shipping is just a lot for a necklace

@jordangb15 GM :) My last counter is the lowest I go. I understand the shipping - wish it could be adjusted for smaller items unfortunately as a seller the 20% fee makes being able to offer NWT/Boutique items a complicated formula. :)
