This dress for those who either can't afford the fancy ones or the frills are not for them. This dress is simple but very pretty. Scoop neck. High waist. Short sleeves. Tie belt to front or back. *Length from shoulder 61". Easy hem to shorten if needed. *Bust 48". Bodice is lined with same black fabric. *Waist (6.5" below bust where black meets blue) 48" - does not stretch but is gathered. *Hip (6" below waist) 84". Is quite full. No pockets. Handmade.
