Teal blue Halter Dress. The bust is crocheted and really unique. I never did wear this, wouldn't fit my large bust which was too bad because I love it. Material has lots of stretch, larger band size Could wear. Cup Size across is 8" Cup Size height is 9" Bust measured flat is 16"- Waist Untied 17" Best worn by a B or C cup in my opinion. The back has ties and creates a nice waist line. This dress is a size L but the size tag is missing. No doubt on the size..Dress is in new condition
