RARE! Print is “Bedford Floral” EUC - original seller had only worn once and unfortunately it’s too tight in the bust for me. In midweight silk twill, the ‘70s-inspired Chelsea Dress features a high V-neckline, ruching at the bust, and flared full-length sleeves trimmed with ruffles at the cuffs. A fitted waist closes with an invisible side zipper, giving way to an ankle-grazing bias-cut skirt. A single button with a keyhole detail fastens at the back of the neck.
