Great quality fabric, They have a wonderful stretch & comfortable too! They shape your waist, bottom & legs. I usually wear a size 28. Because of the stretch I had to downsize to 26. there is some stretch in the waist and hips. Best for them to fit snug, like the model. I am 5’4”and I had to hem them about 1 inch to wear flats.
