poshpro_megan @tobeyk ok so you have to cancel it. Go into your “sales” list find this item. Hit “problem /support” then hit cancel and list in “why” - “buyer requested.” I could have canceled it 3 hours afterwards but I didn’t see it in time. Now you have to do it for me. I can see the process in my sales list. It’s really easy.
